Dazzling cafe is one of the most popular girl's places. We had to reserve the seat a month ago. It's the rushiest afternoon tea I've ever had - 1.5 hr!!! As soon as I ordered a toast, it was on my table 1 MIN LATER!!!! Does it has to be like this? Nevermind, the toasts and deco were great, even tho the beverage and service were terrible.
