Resting, iPhotoing

A sudden cold on Friday almost ruined my weekend, but I am glad I got well super. The only thing I missed was my friend Jeff's 25 B-day. That's a huge thing for him, definitely, and I hope he had a blast.

It was a crazy thought that I almost took a course of “Fundamental of English Writing”. I dropped because I found out every student there can tell a very touching statement-of-purpose and this shocked me. I just wanted to have some fun, not rescuing my communication capability, nor never had my chance to write. But I know that when the thesis moment comes I will seek some help from all my writing-gifted friends to help to comment it. *Beg for help*

I just downloaded plenty of software, including iLife09. There’s a feature of its subset iPhoto called “face”, like photo tags in the Facebook. But it’s frustrating that it can barely recognize ME, not mention recognizing others. Is it software’s problem or just my face “evolve”(not get old!) too fast? After taking closer look and comparing lots of ME by myself, I think it’s because Apple trains the system with white or whoever men’s faces, so it’s not suitable for Asian coz we all look alike to them. HAAA. That’s only my explanation. Anyone?
